Scoreboards: Take over both big screens with a graphic animation or video.*

Arena LEDs: Display your signage either static or on rotation around the arena across the Field LED and 3 levels of Parapet LED*

Audio: Please note access to audio for the scorbeoards is limited and if required will be discussed upon application. Additional charges will apply.

*For scoreboards and LED ribbons, up to eight content pieces total to be displayed. If more, additional charges to be applied.

Prices published October 2025 and are subject to change. Please note the following:

- All bookings for the MCG Scoreboards and Arena LEDs are accepted on a first in basis, this form does not consitute a booking until confirmed by the MCC via email.

- If only booking one of the Scoreboards or LED the other asset will remain available for booking by another client.

- MCC reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking in the instance a sporting or major event is scheduled on your function date that utilises the field of play (eg. Sheffield Shield Cricket match or a concert bump in), or for any circumstances out of our control.

- Artwork specs and submission details will be provided upon confirmed booking.

- Artwork submission deadline is 7 days prior to your function day as MCC must approve all artwork. Late fees may apply.
