Important Information Regarding Your Reinstatement Application
- Once your application is submitted, we will review our digital archive database to determine if you were previously a member or were previously offered membership.
- If you are found in our digital archive, you will be notified and may proceed with the reinstatement process. At that stage, you must submit a formal letter to the committee explaining why you were unable to maintain or accept your membership.
- The reinstatement process can take up to 90 days, as the committee reviews applications every two months. All outstanding payments, must be paid in full if the reinstatement is approved.
- If you are not found in our digital archive database, we will inform you accordingly.
- By submitting this form you are agreeing to receive MCC email communcations.
